Tools for Hospitality Management
Tools

  Good tools are essential to
  successful business.

While we do not offer every
  tool, we focus on quality
  over quantity.

  Who says bigger is better.
We have a philosophy that says bigger is not better.  Just look at your own business, what you offer your customers is only possible because your Inn is small and you can give it the kind of personal attention necessary to make it special.

The same can be said about software tools.  If there are too many bells and whistles then it is very complicated to learn and probably full of bugs.  You do not ever want your customers to be frustrated and you certainly do not have time to learn all the quirks.

Here is a screen shot of our reservation page.  It shows all the rooms, prices and dates that are available.  The customer may advance the calendar date to show the availability of any month they are planning to book.  They can get a more detailed description of the property and then book a room right on this one screen.

To see a demo of our reservation software then click here.

Our front desk tool allows you to search for customers by the first few letters of their last name or phone number.  It then displays all relevant information including miscellaneous room charges and comments.  This same screen can also be used to update any reservation information or enter new reservations information you may be taking from phone traffic.  By pressing the Update button you are given the opportunity to send an email confirmation of the update or new reservation data.  On this page you can check-out a tenant which optionally can send a cleaning email to your local house cleaning service, and print a final invoice.

Management tools include the ability to access and download all your data from our data base.  While we do all your initial setup, including room prices, descriptions, disclaimers, email messages, property description and so on, you will have the ability to make any needed changes yourself if you wish.  We will always be happy to make even the smallest changes for you so you do not need to learn about these features unless you want to.
